North Apartment

Second-floor artist apartment located at the Music District campus in the heart of downtown Fort Collins, Colorado.

This comfortable & private space, along with its counterpart (the South Apartment), is nestled steps away from fully equipped music creation studios and workspaces. This unique retreat offers artists a secluded sanctuary to recharge, work on their craft, and explore Fort Collins.

Please note: this apartment is located on the second floor, accessible only by stairs.

The Space

ENTRANCE: Visitors receive a unique key code & enter from the first floor. From there, stairs lead to another code-secured entrance into the apartment (2nd floor). The North Apartment front door is to the left, while the South Apartment door is to the right.

INDOOR: Plush couch, loveseat, laptop-friendly workspace, ceiling fans, closet space.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped kitchen with electric stove & oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, cooking basics, dishware/flatware, toaster, spices, complimentary coffee, creamer, tea and sweetener. Dining table with seating.

BATHROOM: One bathroom with walk-in shower.

GENERAL: Keyless entry, high-speed WiFi, washer/dryer, linens/towels/blankets, central heating and air conditioning, iron/board and cleaning essentials, Bluetooth stereo with ability to play records, CDs, and cassettes.

PARKING: 1-2 designated parking spots

Location

Located on a tree-lined street, the apartment is part of the Music District campus. The apartment is surrounded by restaurants, coffee shops, bars, an organic grocery store, and is just a few blocks from the lively center of Fort Collins, Old Town Square.
