Music District Membership is open to all Northern Colorado musicians and industry workers who want to create, connect, collaborate, and level up.
$30/month includes access to everything the Music District has to offer.

GENERAL QUESTIONS
WHAT IS MEMBERSHIP?
Music District Membership is designed for musicians and music industry professionals, with full access to our multi-building campus during operating hours. This includes rehearsal space, gear, software, drop-in workspace, social/connection opportunities, and more.
Membership also includes access to all Music District programs, resources, opportunities to connect with other members and the wider music community, and ongoing artistic and career feedback from industry professionals.
Membership costs a flat fee of $30 per month.

Being a member gives you access to the full Music District space, programs, and community and allows you to create bookings and reserve gear.
Currently, Music District Membership is at capacity. If you are interested in joining, please fill out the membership inquiry form and you will be added to our waitlist. We will continue to monitor Membership capacity and as space allows over the coming months, we will connect with new members from the waitlist.
Once capacity allows, your membership will begin upon completion of sign-up and onboarding.

-Rehearsal Rooms (7, fully backlined) & Production Rooms (4, plug-in ready) - 14 hours per month is included in Membership
-Fully equipped stage (featuring sound and lighting system, ideal for show rehearsals and mock performances)
-Drop-in workspace (bring your laptop, print out materials, meet with other members)
-Customizable 1-on-1s (dial in your tone, try out mics for your voice, album release strategizing, etc.)
-Access to all Music District gear and equipment (amps, instruments, pedals, high-end mics, interfaces, and more).
-Opportunities for mentorship, career consultations, community building, connections to the wider music industry, and ongoing engagement with other members

Because Music District Membership is at capacity, new Members will be admitted when existing Members resign.

To sign-up for the waitlist, please fill out the Membership inquiry form. As soon as capacity allows, new member inquiry forms will be reviewed in the order received, and new members invited to join.

Absolutely! Membership is a way to be fully immersed in all that the Music District has to offer. However, we understand that this may not be how everyone wants to engage with the Music District. We present a variety of workshops and programs that are open the public, including The Workout: Sync Licensing, and Groove Theory, to name a few.

The Music District campus features several buildings that Members can access. Our typical operating hours are:
Sisters (639 S College Ave)
Monday through Thursday from 2:00-9:30 pm, Friday & Saturday from 1:00-6:00 pm.
The Long Building (619 S College Ave)
Monday through Saturday from 9:00am-9:00 pm.
There are several other spaces on campus available to Members with different operating hour & access. This information is available to Members.
ELIGIBILITY

Members are Northern Colorado-based musicians and/or music businesses.
The Music District space requires all Members, staff, and guests to be age 18 or over.

Music District Members get the most out of their membership experience when they come and use the space regularly, attend programs, and get in the mix with the community here. However, if it makes sense for you to travel to Northern Colorado regularly, then reach out to us to discuss whether membership makes sense. We also offer programming that is open to non-members.
WHO CAN BE A MEMBER?
Members are musicians, music businesses, and music nonprofits in Northern Colorado across contemporary genres and styles and at all levels who strive to continually improve their craft and/or achieve economic stability in their careers.

HOW MUCH DOES MEMBERSHIP COST?
Membership costs a flat fee of $30 per month. This includes access to the Music District spaces, gear, equipment, programs, and community.

Yes, Membership costs a flat fee of $30 per month. This includes access to the Music District spaces, gear, equipment, programs, and community.
Once you join, your credit card will be automatically charged on the first of the month unless you pause or cancel your membership. Pause or cancel at least 5 business days before the end of the month.
We accept all major credit cards. We are unable to accept cash.

Your membership is auto-billed on the first of the month.
Our team requires at least 5 business days notice to make changes to your membership. To pause, cancel, or talk through options about your membership, please contact the team at membership@themusicdistrict.org.
e.g.: if you would like to pause your membership for the month of November, notify our team by Oct 25.

Membership can be paused for up to three months, starting on the first of the month. If you need to pause your membership for longer than three months, your membership will be canceled, and your space provided to the next person on the waiting list.

Once you have joined as a Member, you will complete an onboarding and get an orientation to the Music District. Following your onboarding, you can log in to the Member Booking Portal, Nexudus, to access the booking calendar. Once logged in and using the calendar, you may immediately reserve a room or book a session.
You can change or cancel bookings by accessing the calendar via your online Nexudus account or via the email sent to you after each booking.

SISTERS BUILDING (639 S College Ave)
14 hours per month are included in your membership to be used for Rehearsal and/or Production Rooms bookings. These hours must be used within the current month and do not roll over to future months.
Members can add any piece of Music District gear or equipment to their Rehearsal or Production Room booking.
Unlimited access during operating hours to the Dining Room (a space for small group meetings, up to 10 people).
Bonus access during operating hours for The Gold Room (a space designed specifically for songwriting & focus time) - up to 3 hours daily. This room does not count against the Member's allotted 14 hrs/month.
Access to first-come first-served spaces to hang and get work done including upstairs patio, artist lounge, outdoor seating areas, and lobby.
LONG BUILDING (619 S College Ave)
Unlimited drop-in hours each month are included in your membership for our Member Workspaces in 619.
Spaces include printers, a desktop computer with Adobe Creative Suite, office supplies, tech hookups for presentations and meetings, whiteboard tables, and more.
Reservable spaces include three conference rooms and an office with a desktop computer featuring the Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and more. You have unlimited access to these rooms.

No. Each membership includes the ability to bring your bandmates and collaborators with you when you reserve the Rehearsal Rooms, Production Rooms, or a 1-on-1 as a guest.
Your bandmates will need to have their own membership if they want to use any Music District space without your presence, or to be a participant in Programming that is not open to public.

At this time, we do not offer gift memberships, gift cards, or gift certificates for the Music District.
Anyone interested in membership can complete an inquiry form (see above) and from there, will be added to our waitlist. As capacity allows, they will be scheduled for an onboarding session. After this process is complete, payment is invoiced. That invoice can be paid by the new member, or as a gift (from you)!
